3. You will receive loan terms, interest rates, or loan amounts matching your initial inquiry parameters.
4. Loan proceeds will be disbursed within any specific timeframe.

Each participating lender evaluates applicants based on their proprietary creditworthiness criteria, debt-to-income (DTI) metrics, credit score history, and state regulatory constraints. If no lender in our installment loan network is able to fulfill your request, you may be presented with alternative financial solutions, such as credit monitoring, debt management, or short-term relief programs.

A hard credit inquiry may impact your credit score and will remain on your credit file for up to 24 months.

Once you are redirected from clearairslending.com to a participating lender's website, your interactions, application, and any resulting loan agreement are governed exclusively by that lender's independent terms of service, privacy policy, and loan agreements.

Clear Air Lending is not a party to any loan agreement or credit transaction entered into between you and a lender. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for the lending practices, APRs, fees, collection methods, customer service, or compliance records of any third-party lender. • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

IF ANY JURISDICTION RESTRICTS THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE STATE LAW.

A. Informal Dispute Resolution

B. Binding Individual Arbitration

YOU AND CLEAR AIR LENDING AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU SPECIFICALLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
